Others do operate their 320’s from grass strips (Bill and Sue?).  I taxied through the grass.  Once.  It was an $18,000 taxi.  I don’t do it anymore.  My nose-tire found a soft spot and sunk about 2”.  That was all it took for a prop strike.  Thoroughly depressing.  I guess if I KNEW the field was smooth and dry I would consider it, but because I don’t know any such fields I am just risk averse and avoid them.
