I would keep the comm coax as far from the
magnetometer as possible. In addition make sure you're using quality coax,
RG400 or better. Don't use RG58. I would also use shielded wire to
run power and gnd to the magnetometer and ARHS. The nav coax shouldn't be
a problem, it's only function is to carry very small signals from the
antenna, but if it's running close to the comm coax I suppose the two could be
coupling, in which case having the nav coax close to the magnetometer might
be an issue.
