With all the recent posts about boost pump operations with respect to
Lancair IV's and the TSIO-550, I am wondering if there is any consensus as to
what the correct procedure is with a Legacy and a normally aspirated
IO-550?
I have just under 300 hours on my Legacy and routinely fly in the mid-teens
and as high as FL210, never having a problem without using low boost.
(Except for takeoff and landing)
Any other experiences counter to this?
