I have a Yaw Damper servo - I think it's the second series of servos Jim
Younkin sold from quite a few years ago just after the inception of TruTrak.
It's installed in my IVP with Winglets.

  Question, will it function without the Yaw Damper box they now sell for
$2500?  Is it powerful enough for the IVP?  Is it necessary - will the
aircraft be reasonably stable in Yaw at altitude (flight levels?) and other
flight regimes?
