I believe the deal is this.  Lancair is moving to a larger facility in an industrial park right across the street from the airport (no airport access), but is maintaining a show room on the airport and a maintenance facility on the airport.  The old Lancair facility is owned by Lance Neibauer who is moving back in March for a new project (interesting to see what).
