People are suggesting several fixes in the thread - WHICH fix worked? Sorry, I'm too old and slow to dig back through all the answers to figure it out...

I told Tru Trak about the fix Steve Richard and we used, and they said they would look into it, but the guy thought there would be a better solution. Go figure - for 4 years, now.
