How are you sealing the cowl inlets to the plenum inlets?  There seems to be
a gap of 1/8 to 1/4 " around that area??

I have 1/4" clearance between the ring gear and the top cowl and this
distance is sure to increase with age.
Also, there is approx 3/16" clearance between the top of the flow divider
and cowl and approx 1/16" clearance at the top engine mount brace, this area
is temporarily covered with duck tape in the last photo.
