I've had 3 responses on this so far and they are
consistent:
Everyone has horn showing above the hstab in
cruise at mid CG's, and I'm inferring here, everyone has plenty of up trim left
at to and landing configs.
Doesn't that say the factory recommendation on
hstab incidence is too negative?
