My RDD-installed system took some development effort and RDD stepped up and got it done -- including RDD's flying Dave McRae to the east coast for several days to troubleshoot. My experience with RDD has been that they are honest and accomodating. Not perfect but committed to ultimately delivering what they promise. I use "ultimately" in the least sentence because some of the efforts to fix problems took a frustratingly long time to actually fix them.
