For those of you who are regulars, you know that I am not that far
into my project I purchased a few months ago. We are expanding our
business, and even though we have stellar credit, and plenty of
assets, the banks simply are not lending to business ventures right
now. So as much as I would like to keep it, I guess self financing is
the wave of the future for small businesses :-)
The cost of the kit, with the included parts, etc. would run you
around 200K. Selling for $115,000. The price is firm, but well worth
it.
I can remove some of the more expensive items such as the 530 and 430
for market value if you would like to get the price down closer to
100.
With the exception of the engine, which is rebuilt, zero time,
everything is new. The kit is approximately 50 to 60% complete.
It has an incredible avionics stack, including a Garmin GNS 530 and
430, and has been professionally wired.
Will include jigs as well for wing and fuselage. The list below is
only partial, simply to many items.. you will only need the interior,
paint, and engine baffling to finish this plane
