Clamp the hinge edge to a flat table and shim it = to the desired shape. Heat with a hot air gun. It takes very high temp to move= the prepreg, could easily ruin the paint. =A0 Another option would be to lay up one ply of carbon fiber on the inner door surface and postcure in the shimmed condition.
