Active Radiator in Philadelphia sells parts and complete radiators and intercoolers. They may not sell direct, but you could give them a call.
You will probably have to know the intercooler size and buy a core, then fabricate the ends.

in final stages of firewall forward installation and this part seems to be
unavailable from Lancair or other sources we've researched.
