It is obvious you are frustrated about AIG non-renewal status, or more appropriate...peeved.  As a builder I have concerns as well...is my lancair going to be a bird on a stick?
I can't just point my finger at a few select individuals because the Company itself has marketing video with similar stunts!  The video from I think 1999 shows a L360 making a high speed low pass with a roll after a significant pull up, as well as other aircraft marketed as having a barnstorming day.  The whole lancair accident issue is unfortunate.  

I am also concern about IVP, Prop Jet drivers flying there aircraft over the original designed gross weight (not marketing GW), at high altitude, at high TAS.  A ripe situation for over-stresses.
