As a builder I have concerns as well...is my lanca= ir going to be a bird on a stick? I can't just point my finger at a few select individuals because the Com= pany itself has marketing video with similar stunts! The video from I t= hink 1999 shows a L360 making a high speed low pass with a roll after a = significant pull up, as well as other aircraft marketed as having a barn= storming day. The whole lancair accident issue is unfortunate. = I am also concern about IVP, Prop Jet drivers flying there aircraft over= the original designed gross weight (not marketing GW), at high altitude= , at high TAS. A ripe situation for over-stresses.
