 Nice install,
 My glass broke as well.
 I stopped using the glass lens and went with a bulb with a glass face. Bought
the 75w spots at Home Depot. They work great.. I also used a rubber O ring for
a spacer/Seal. Works well...
 
 Maybe you could strap the 2nd light to your hat like the miners do...
 LOL...
