And the winner is:  Mark Ravinski and the loose nosewheel bearings. 
 
What I was feeling was actually a nose wheel shimmy.  The strut seems to be dampening well, and found that I could spin the nose wheel with little to no resistance.  Half a turn on the axle it is nice and smooth now.
 
I replaced the main gear tires.  Although, it seems my new rotors are warped already.  Shakes only on the brakes now and just about any speed.  Think I'll get another set just to see.  Along with pads while I'm at it.
