I've been checking the FAA and EAA websites for the new FAA rules but I haven't found anything except the request for comment dated July 15.

EAA was told the policy changes would be finalized  and published sometime around OSH. Has anything else been released and can anyone point me toward them? Is there a docket number for the comments received? Thanks-  Bill Wade
