Hello, everyone.  I am building a slosh bay for my fuel tanks since I am leaving my header tank out.  From the drawings in the manual, I get that it goes at BL 57.  Does anyone have a pattern that they used to make the rib?  What did you make it from?  Foam core or prepreg?  I got the how-to documents from Lancair.  I am going to put two doors per rib.  They sell slosh doors and slosh door stand offs. Should I buy those or make my own?  What did you guys do.  Did you change your fuel pick up from the manual's way?  I am thinking I am going to use the finger strainers, like the one that would have gone in the header tank, that the sell.  They are the required 3/8".  My question is:  should they be bent back like in the manual to be parallel to the ribs, or is it ok for them to be perpendicular?  That do you guys think?  Thanks in advance.
