Alain,
Thanks for letting us know about these. They look beautiful and I was immediately tempted until I looked at the pricing.
On the Beringer web site, the wheels are shown as $598 each (assuming the higher energy units). If you go to Aircraft Spruce, they are showing a price of $3349 for a pair for a 320/360, with Lamb tires. Admittedly the Aircraft Spruce package includes some other parts (I quote "tires (mounted on rims and pressure tested), axles, master cylinders, fluid reservoirs, parking brake valve, anti-lock regulator, stainless steel brake lines and detailed mounting procedure"), but this mark up seems excessive. Why would we not buy direct from Beringer and add any of these parts that we do not already have? Can anyone explain what I am missing?

To all Lancairians fellows ,
2 weeks ago,at the French homebuilders gathering in Vichy,I have seen the booth of "Beringer",makers of wheels and brakes for racing motorbikes, cars as well as aircrafts .
They have 5 and 6" wheels, with braking systems and they have wheels for L 320/360 with the 11x4.00-5",8 ply, tyre and an O-ring bracket for this tyre to become a "tubeless" .They ,too, have an "antiskid" system. It's very interesting .They also have wheels for Legacy .
They are going to have a booth at OSH . If your are going there, have a look at their booth,it worth it . If you can' attend the OSH show , their web site is : www.beringer.fr .
