Great help - thanks to all.  One builder noted that he typically sets for a cabin altitude of 10k, to reduce the cycling stress on the cabin.  I had read that composite aircraft, unlike aluminum skinned planes, do not suffer from presssure cycle fatigue.  Does anyone have reported test data on this topic?

Hope this helps.

The cabin pressure/power setting/RPM for the following FLT Levels

20-6000’/31.6/2280

23-7500/31.9/2380

24-8000/31.7/2330

25-8500/32/2310

26-8800/32.7/2300

27-9500/31/2520

BTW if your passengers want to use a laptop above 10000 ft and the hard drive isn’t solid state you will most likely damage the hard drive (Blue screen of death) as its not made to spin at altitudes above 10k.  I’ve learned the hard way.
