it is the reason for what I don't put more than 7 quarts in my Lyc.IO 320 . After one hour of flight the engine has thrown out all the oil above 7 quarts .

Oh yeah, when I tried to put more than 7 quarts of oil in my 8 quart sump after a filter change I really had a huge mess.
