Hi,

I've been getting your LML bulletins for a couple of years now, and am
enjoying them immensely. However, in the last few months the format in which
they are arriving has changed, although not on all of them. The main problem
with the changed format is that I can't get any photos. They come through as
just pages of random letters. I also get a lot of what appear to be
formatting instructions coming through with the text, which makes them very
hard to read.

As I said, not every download is in this format, as some are coming through
perfectly. Is there something I should be doing to my computer settings to
overcome this?
