However, in the last few months the format in which they are arriving has changed, although not on all of them. The main problem with the changed format is that I can't get any photos. They come through as just pages of random letters. I also get a lot of what appear to be formatting instructions coming through with the text, which makes them very hard to read. As I said, not every download is in this format, as some are coming through perfectly. Is there something I should be doing to my computer settings to overcome this? Regards, Rob Stevens.
