Okay so looking around the airport every airplane has a screen of some sort on their fresh air intake.

Well I got myself a stainless mesh sink strainer from walmart and cut it to size leaving about .5 inches on the sides and bent it around the NACA vent, floxed it in place and put a 1 bid over the top.

Perfect and wont rust!
