Have you looked into using a recreational vehicle electric sewer dump valve. They should seal pretty good. Check the rv suppliers. Although you may be the butt of a few jokes as a result.

The Perihelion Valve isn't air tight when closed, so I don't think it would work in a pressurized aircraft.
