I received 4 comments about the pressure probably being above the limit set on the up-limit switch (1200lbs), preventing my pump from turning on and raising the gear. I went to the airport on Friday to crack one of the lines open to relieve excess pressure. But before I did this, I turned my master on and the pump burped, indicating the pressure had relieved itself. Thanks for all the help. I'll carry a set of wrenches and a rag in case this happens again. It only happened once in 2 years of flying. From now on, I'll verify that the pump runs during my preflight. And after I shut down, I'll open- then close the dump valve to relieve static pressure. Thanks for all the help. Marv, thanks for running this service for us. The assistance is invaluable. I suppose the problem must be in the switch, power supply, or continuity through either of my two circuit breakers. Please respond directly to my email address. Thanks for any suggestions...
