Attached is a picture of the cutting tool for a 8-32 machine screw with
Tinnerman.  The OD needs to match the OD of the Tinnerman you are using.

The Tinermans I used were 1/2" dia.  The pilot is .158" dia.  The threaded
end needs to match your microstop 1/4-28.  The cutting end is a face
cutter.  I would suggest getting a few Nickel plated Tinnermans.  I believe
I used one size smaller Tinnerman than machine screw.  Insure the machine
screw will fit through the Tinnerman and it is OK if the head sticks above
the Tinnerman slightly because the bid applied over the Tinnerman later
will take up the difference.  Then make the tool to match the Tinnerman.

I hope this helps.

Jim
