[You got it right, Fred... the file is too large (actually about 1.75 MB) to be sent with a standard LML email, so I've taken the attachment and put it up on the LML website.  Choose the "Select Discussions" link from the LML main menu and look at the bottom of the page.  The PDF file is now located there for anyone wishing to access it.   <Marv>   ]
