Cruise rpm (2500) and 15-16" MAP is usually my pattern power at about 90 KIAS and with 1/3 flaps. Because there is enough time, the spring managed elevator is trimmed and final descent is at about 80-85 KIAS, greater than 2/3 flaps or full flaps, 13" MAP, elevator further trimmed.
