What has worked best for the mains and the nose on tires pressures for the Lancair 320 with shocks?
Matt,

If the tire pressure is too low the inner tube sidewalls wear and spring a leak - thus leaving you with a flat.

My airplane is biased for forward CG with an empty weight of 1200 pounds and TK5 shocks.  I use 36-40 psi in the nose and 48-50 psi in the mains.  This is consistent with many of our European counterparts.  Lancair had recommended 28-30 (nose) and 42 (mains).  I believe that such low pressures lead to flats.
