Chuck, I designed a fairly simple electric aileron trim for my 235 that puts the servo in the wing rather than the aileron itself to preclude the necessity for adding more balance weight to make up for the servo weight. The design eliminates (or at least minimizes trim input with aileron movement). The servo is mounted on the inside top of the wing skin thru the aileron bell-crank inspection hole so no other access panels are required.
