If the IV handle is anything like the Legacy handle, then Rich Henning has a special tool he had built for just this problem.  I believe it inserts inside the bushing in the airframe and catches the torque tube, allowing it to be rotated.  If you haven't solved your problem by now, contact me directly and I'll put you in contact with Rich.
