Not quite the answer to your question (25K' level cruise TAS), but here's a decent through 11.5K' with IAS 242, TAS 288, and GS 308 (there's that 20kt tail wind seen on the Chelton).  Impressive when first noted, but not too uncommon in the first 100 hours.

I noticed that Columbia Aircraft has formed a ³300 Knot Club² for those flying the Columbia 400 at 25k feet lucky enough to find a 70 knot tail wind and take a photo of the ground speed on their GPS.
 
Based on your experience, (marketing literature aside) what kind of true airspeed could a guy expect in a IVP with a Continental TSIO550 at 25k feet?
