My empty weight is 1030 lbs (Lancair 235 /
O-320).

My larger 320 has every Lancair option + a lot of regular 1990's era
avionics + CS Prop + Harmonic Damper + dual dip sticks + race hub caps
+++. The empty weight is 1202 US Lbs, including oil. A 235 equipped
for exotic gliding should be lighter.
