Jeff, Here's an example using material usually available from a good hardware store. If memory serves these strips are 0.5" wide and 0.062 thick. Copper would be ideal but brass also works. These breakers are spaced 0.75" center to center on the horizontal and 1.2" center to center on the vertical. The breakers are Klixon 7277 series from Lancair. I've seen a vertical spacing of 1" used on a panel but that's awfully tight. Tom Gourley
