Subject: RE: product liability
The other thing that affords protection on sale is a well-drafted sale
agreement. There are a number of them out there and they can cause
plaintiffs' lawyers fits before they can even get to the question of
what caused the crash.
I have my GlaStar up for sale with 480 uneventful hours so the plane is
well proven to be constructed in a professional manner. Now I need one
of the above mentioned sales agreements. I'd be happy to pay for it, if
I could find one already researched and done and not have to pay for
reinventing the wheel. Do you have a source in mind? The EAA suggested
that I contact an attorney - not a lot of help there!
