A few years ago, I took an "Introduction to Homebuilding" = course=20 taught by Charlie Becker from EAA.  He claimed that there had = never=20 been a successful lawsuit against a homebuilder, which is reassuring, = but I=20 understand that's not a guarantee that you or I won't be the first=20 one.
