Does anyone have a picture of how they mounted the mixture cable? I mounted my mixture cable to the engine mount where the nose gear is attached - on the outside of that weldment with the cable attach bracket. It seems the best angle for the lever. My mixture control knob when at full rich is 1 inch out from the panel. I don't think I can adjust the fork that attaches to the lever, and not sure if I can adjust the cockpit side so ... my cable works just fine but, I'm wondering how others mounted their mixture cable on a carb, not fuel injected Lycoming. Can someone send me a picture? Thanks!!
