Most people seem to use the Jeffco tank sealer, but taken some advice
from Don Barnes, I used  a PPG epoxy primer DB48LF.  A quart was about
$80.  Works well and is white - which is what I wanted, but you need
to either add about 30-40% epoxy or mix it 1:1 resin to hardener.  I
am sure there are other options out there - search on the LML.
