N7WB is a 235, but some things are common. When the belly pan is put on you
should use the water gage to force the tips of the fillets to be equal, but
if you don't it only hurts esthetics while you are on the ground. In flight
the flaps probably will never be lined up with the fillets. Don't try to
twist the flaps (you can) pick a point 3/8" above one and 3/8" below the
fillets (use a little block of foam) to set up the flaps and build to that.
The flaps are neutral when they line up with the ailerons. In your case the
wing tips (the string line between fillet and wingtip) should be set 3/8"
above the fillet and the other 3/8" below (make sure you get it the right
direction). Before you fly, with the plane level, set the inboard tips of
the flaps level with each other. If one wing is heavy, in flight, lower the
flap on that side ABOUT two turns on the turnbuckle and raise the other the
same and so on.

Hi all: Please help!
With the A/C inverted and level my left fslg fillet is 3/4" higher than
the right one, when measured at the T.E were it will meet the flap T.E.
The line at BL50 and wingtip is 100% level fwd and aft, left and right.
