We've had a few oil coolers that were hot even when the CHT's were below 400F. If everything is hot, it may be a baffling or exit tunnel problem. Are your high oil temps accompanied by high CHTs?  We've had a few= oil=20 coolers that were hot even when the CHT's were below 400F.  If everythi= ng=20 is hot, it may be a baffling or exit tunnel problem.
