The 28' round was used in the Martin Baker extraction system system. I was not comparing any round parachute (like the BRS) to the square parachutes used today. I was simply stating that the old 24' and 28' rounds have decent rates that are probably similar to the BRS decent rate. Sorry if I was unclear on that.
