There seems to be some confusion regarding the coax for the new GPS/WAAS antenna. Per Garmin the cable loss shall be between 3db and 7db. So if you are using RG142B or RG400 that would be about 13 feet of cable. Garmin states that anything under 35 feet with RG400 is acceptable. Anything longer than that would require a low loss double or triple shielded cable.
