It IS efficiency, as pointed out quite eloquently by Brent Regan on 1/08.
Subsequently, I posted an explanation of why it is perfectly valid to refer
to it as a percentage instead of a decimal fraction, but Eric, being wound up
with "hard physics", can't seem to grasp the 5th grade concept of percentage
expressions.

He must be bored; that's the only reason I can figure for the continued
drivel.
