Two tennis balls connected by bungee cording and looped around the tail light on the = rudder. I have taken this and made a nice tie loop in the bungee so I merely = slip mine on the light and place the tennis ball in the counterweight area of = the elevator on each side. It allows for some movement but confines it to whatever elasticity you allow for in your setup. Light for transport as well. Hope this helps.
