Yes I believe so and I have wriggled and jiggled them to no avail.

I have written to the retailer I bought them from about three years ago, but my experience with him is that I’ll get short shrift.

Also I can’t find any reference to a Lightspeed website so if you have any URL I would appreciate it to take it up directly with them.
