The plans are = pretty vague. Just says........The double joggles will dictate where the = vertical goes. I am concerned with the overal height of the vertical because you have = to mate the rudder up to it so if you set it too low the rudder will = extend above the tip of it. I also had to cut away a large amount of the flanges that touch the = Horizontal. Scalloped them out becuase I have the MKII tail. Most of = the flange is gone. IS this normal? Also had to remove a substantially large amount of the fwd bulkhead tip = that goes up into the Vertical. Currently it is about 1.5 inches thick and still needs to be shaved down = to fit.
