Bryan,
The guys at Lancair recommended an HC-F2YR-1F/F7068-2 from Hartzell. You can order them new from Kim Lorentzen at Lancair. Expect a lead time of about two months. I received it last November.  It has two blades with squared off ends and is 68 inch diameter. I can't offer advice on alternatives. Ground clearance is often cited as the limiting factor.
