My main gear legs are disassembled for the last time (hopefully).
There are two openings in the vertical tube where water could enter potentially but of course, there is no drain hole at the base. One hole accommodates the coil spring and the other, the rod end for connection to the gear door.

Common sense tells me there ought to be a drain hole in the bottom of GM1.
What say all of you?
