Lancair offers a Vertical Stabilizer Extension, part # 280-0000 that increases the surface area of the vertical fin by extending the leading edge approximately 3”.  I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has installed (or is knowledgeable regarding this part) on their Lancair IV.
